The spark of love in you has to be cherished and fed so that it may reach God, then every being will be God, every act will be divine; every reaction you get from outside world will be charged with love and sweetened with that nectar. You love the God in all beings and the God in all beings responds with love. Love God, though tribulation may be your lot; love Him though you are refused and rebuked; for it is only in the crucible of travail that the metal is purified and cleared of impurities.
Remember three things always, continue service to humanity, whereever you are. Seek chances of helping others. Never lose an opportunity of using your skills and enthusiasm for the allevation of sorrow, pain or distress. Secondly, do not omit, neglect or postpone your own particular duty of study, meditation, bhajan and other such spiritual practices. Above all, have faith that God is with you at all times and at all places.
God is smaller than the smallest and bigger than the biggest. Though He is not visible to the physical eye, you can experience Him. This is a rose which you can see; but the fragrance can not be seen; it can only be experienced. Fragrance has no form but the flower that gives the fragrance has a form. Similarly, love has no form, but the mother who gives you love has a form. Love, bliss, fragrance, all these have no form that is the source of the formless attribute. Therefore, it is foolish to ask for direct evidence of God's existence. There are many things which are beyond the realm of direct evidence.
Detachment alone can give happiness. Renunciation is real yoga. Three evil qualities have to be renounced before man can rise to his real role. Anger which smothers wisdom, lust which pollutes action and greed which destroy's one's love for God and man. The touchstone which pronounces an act is meritorious is renunciation. If an act is self-directed, it it helps to inflate the ego, it is a sin.

GOD IS LOVE!

1. There is only one religion, the religion of love. There is only one caste, caste of humanity. There is only one language, the language of the heart.There is only one GOD and HE is omnipresent. Let different faiths exist, let them flourish. Let the glory of God be sung in all languages in a variety of tunes. Respect the differences between different faiths and recognise them as valid as long as they do extinguish the flame of unity.

2. Love all, Serve all. Help ever, hurt never. Hands that help are holier than the lips that pray. Nothing in this world has more power than love; if you have love, you can achieve everything. Love is the greatest binding force. Therefore devlop love, talk to each other with love, perform all actions with love and always contemplate on the principle of love.

3. Forbearance is truth, forbearance is righteousness, forbearance is the teaching of the Holy Books, forbearance is non-violence, forbearance is sacrifice, forbearance confers happiness and heavenly bliss; infact it is everything in all the worlds.

4. All that you see is the form of God; all heads you see belong to the cosmic form of God. You see only the external names and forms and consider them as mere mortals. When you change your outlook, you will realise that all are divine. Defect lies in your vision and not in the creation. Whatever is the colour of your glasses, the world will appear in the same colour. If you see them with hatred, you will find hatred everywhere. On the other hand, if you see the world with love, you will find love everywhere.

Live with love!

1. No enemy can be so insidious as jealousy. When one sees a person more powerful or more knowledgeable or with greater reputation or more wealth or more beauty and or even wearing better clothese, one is afflicted with jealousy. One finds it difficult to acknowledge and accept the situation. One's mind seeks means to demean him and lower him in the estimation of people. Such propensities and evil tendencies should never strike roots in the minds of educated people. These should not pollute their character.

2. Man can lead his life in this world without any worried by adopting one principle; which is the principle of love, If you have love, then you have everything. You will have physical prowess, intellectual power and all other powers. All types of powers that we require in the world are all present in love. Love persuades you to consider the distress of others, whenever you are overcome by it. You are drawn to those who are equally afflicted by grief; you become engrossed in the sorrow of others that you forget your own.

3. Do not fritter away your energy, playing the silly game of gaining and losing, winning temporary fame, gathering and scattering, fortune and facility. Go strainght to the royal road that leads to self-realisation; do not stray into byelanes of counterfeit bias.

Duty!

1. Man should have love for God, fear of sin and morality in society. These are natural qualities of a human being. These three virtues impart great value to humanness. Since man today has forgotten Truth and Duty, his value as a human being has declined.

2. What exactly is the secret of ensuring peace and prosperity for mankind! Rendering service to others without expecting service from them in return. Karma or activity which binds is a huge fast growing tree. The axe than can cut the roots of this tree is doing every act as worship to glority the Lord. The yearning to do service must flow in every nerve, penetrate every bone and activate every cell of the body.

3. Develop love more and more. From tomorrow talk to everyone with love. Reply to every one with love. If you know the anwere to their question, reply properly; otherwise say "Excuse me, I do not know". You cannot always oblige, but you can always speak obligingly. Talk less, only then can you get rid of the animal qualities. Share you love with every one.

4. What is good and what is bad? First, eliminate the bad in you. Be in the company of good people, then you too will be good. It is a sin to point a finger at others when there is a mountain of evil within you.

CHANT THE NAME OF GOD!

1. To reach the presence of the source of bliss, that is God, you must tread the footsteps of great saints and seekers, like Jayadeva, Mira, Gauranga, Ramakrishna and others. Practice their teachings and follow their example. The path of dedicated activity of surrender to the Highest of incomparable love towards the Embodiment of Love - that is the sweetest path, giving joy at every step.
2. If there is no unity and harmony between the wife and the husband, there is no use of undertaking spritual practices like meditation and chanting. When the wife follows her husband and the husband follows his wife, there is great happiness in the family. Strive to achieve such unity and harmony in your family; then your entire life will become happy and peaceful without any worries whatsoever.
3. First and foremost, the youth should come forward to help each other. The end of education is character. If your character is good, then you can achieve anything in life. You may have won gold medals, acquired high degrees and achieved name and fame; but if you lack character these degrees are merely piece of paper.

BE GOOD!

1. Talk liitle, talk sweetly, talk only when there is a pressing need; talk only to those to whom you must, do not shout or raise your voice in anger or excitement. Such control will improve your health and mental peace. It will lead to better public relations and less involvement in contacts and conflicts with others. You may be laughed at as a killjoy but there are compensations enough for you. It will conserve your time and energy; you can put your inner energy to better use.

2. That which changes is worldly truth and that which remains changeless is spiritual truth. The changeless truth is the foundation; on the foundation of Truth stands the mansion of Duty. The mansion can be given any colour, any name; it can be decorated in any way; but the foundation cannot be changed.

3. Love is far more powerful than we recognise it to be and all humanitarian projects are demonstrations of the power of love. Conflicts will not solve problems; it may shelve a problem, it may sweep it unde the rug, it may supposedly keep it under the rug, it may keep it under control but the problem will erupt again and when it does erupt, it will be much more violent.

PEACE AND HAPPINESS

1. Evil thoughts are rooted out by the effect of good company. Eradication of evil thoughts forms the basis of man's liberation. Man can attain concentration only when annihilates his evil thoughts. He should make all efforts to foster only good thoughts. And good thoughts are possible only by good company. Therefore, good company should be the main aim of man's life.

2. Virtues are the most effective means for purifying the inner consciousness of man at all levels. They prompt him to discover what to do and how to do. ONly those who have earned good destiny can claim their excellence in discrimination. And, adherence to this determination is the raft which can take man across the ocean of flux and fear. Whatever the residual activity a person has perforce to engage himself in, the impact of that activity will not impinge on him, provided he is a man of virtues. The man of virtues has a place in the region of the liberated; he can merge in the embodiment of Supreme Blisss.

God, Meditation and Morality

1. Those who have love for God are endowed with morality. Morality is the very life-breath of man. Without morality, he is lifeless. The whole human race will be doomed without morality.
2. First you have concentration, then contemplation and thereafter meditation. Therefore, you must have practice of concentration before you do meditation. Meditation comes only after contemplation. Do not think that you will go into meditation the moment you sit with closed eyes. People do this type of artificial meditation but this is not meditation in the real sense of the term. Meditation is that in which you completely transcend your senses and body attachment and forget yourself.
3. The principle of love is present in all. When people develop love, then there will not conflicts in the world. Therefore, you should develop love. Never resort to untruth under any circumstances. If you follow untruth, you will never be able to develop love. Therefore, always adhere to truth. Develop love at all times. You can develop love only by following truth and righteousness. These two qualities are enssential for man.
4. Destroy all your evil qualities such as pride, ego and wickedness. When you drive away all these evil qualities, you will become a pure human being. Wherefrom does humanness come? It comes from the heart; which is not physical heart but the spiritual heart which is free from all blemishes. Like fragrant air, your purity should spread everywhere. You should share with others the pure thoughts and pure feelings that emanate from you. Whatever you do, it should be helpful to other.
5. When you fill a thousand pots with water, the reflection of the sun is seen in all of them. Does it mean that there are different suns in all the pots? No. The sun is only one. All bodies are like pots. It is the same God that is reflected in all of them. Everything is reaction, reflection and resound. You hear the echo of your voice. You see your own reflection in a mirror. You should therefore, see your own reflection in all human beings. If you love someone, it means that you are loving yourself. If you have someone, it means you hate yourself.
HELP EVER, HURT NEVER.

GOD IS LOVE

1. When you have hatred, jealousy and anger, it is a clear indication that you do not have love. In fact, love will not come anywhere near you if you harbour these evil qualities. When you really have love, then none of these evil qualities will touch you. Therefore, constantly practise, "LOVE ALL, SERVE ALL". Firmly adhere to this principle in your life.

2. Only those who have filled their mind with worldly thoughts talk too much. Therefore, avoid excessive talking. Maintain silence and be quiet. Talk only as much as it is necessary, If you talk more than what is necessary, it amounts to unwanted talk.

3. Do meditation with love. Without love, there can be no mediation. Unify love with truth and righteousness to attain the state of permanent meditation. Then only your love will become permanent. Otherwise, you will have only temporary love, which you will forget sooner or later. Begin your sadhana with the practice of truth and righteousness. Truth is changeless; it is intimately related with Righteousness. When truth and righteousness come together, peace will emerge from them. Love follows peace. When you have love, you will have no hatred.

4. God is eternal and omnipresent, the moment you call Him, that very moment He will manifest before you. This eternal form of divinity is the only truth. There will be no change in divinity at any point of time. You should install this form in your heart which is true, eternal and everlasting. Meditation on any form of God is good. Do not observe any differences between this form and that form be Rama, Krishna, Jesus or Sai Baba. Whatever form you meditate upon, you should permanently install in your heart. It should remain forever and should not change.

5. Sacrifiice is sweeter than enjoyment. Sacrifice should become the aim of our life. Only through sacrifice can one attain peace. Sorrows do not flee from us as long as the mind is not at peace with itself; agonies dwell forever within us. Without the tranquility of the mind, any amount of wealth can not be of any use. Surrendering the fruits of actions with a dispassionate mind is eligible to be termed sacrifice.

6. There are three main enemies of man, namely, lust, anger and greed. Lust destroys devotion; anger destroys knowledge; and greed destroys the good actions of man. They also affect his work, worship and wisdom. When we are overpowered by anger, we lose our sense of discrimination. Anger creates many types of enemities. One who is in the grip of anger will lose his sense of discrimination as to what to speak, when to speak and where to speak. Hence, do not allow anger to come near you. Do not give room to greed at all. There may be cure even for cancer, but not for these.

GOSPEL OF DIVINITY

"We also know that Sathya, Dharma, Santhi, Prema and Ahimsa are the chief noble qualities that we have to cultivate from our childhood and continue it throughout our lives. Because, Swami has said, Life is a search, explore it; Life is a challenge, meet it; Life is a game, play it; Life is a dream, realise it; and Life is Love, enjoy it."
"So, for this we have to start early, drive slowly and reach safely. But we have to remember, `less luggage more comfort', and we should always remember Love is God and God is Love and so we have to live in Love. If we do so, we will enjoy our lives."
"In order to enjoy life, we must put a ceiling or limit on our desires. We must put a limit on our expenditure of our money. We must not talk too much thus wasting our time and energy. We must not waste food, because food is God, and when time is wasted, it is equal to life being wasted."
"So, we have to remember that one of the best ways to spend time is, by doing good service to others, because doing seva to humanity is doing seva to divinity, that means serving God and helping God's creation is the same thing. When we please man, we please God."
"We have also to do our duty in life with discipline and devotion. For that, we must start the day with love, spend the day with love, fill the day with love, live the day with love and end the day with love and remember love lives by giving and forgiving and self lives by getting and forgetting."
"And when we talk, we must remember to talk soft, talk sweet and talk the truth. We must watch our words, watch our actions, watch our thoughts, watch our character and watch our heart and we must also avoid backbiting, falsehood and harsh words."
"Also we must remember that one must not only do the work one likes, but like the work one has to do. We cannot always oblige but can always speak obligingly. Swami has said, we are all caskets of divine love and so we must share it, spread it and express that love in thoughts of compassion, words of sympathy and acts of service."
"Not only that, we must practice Ahimsa and Brahmacharya. We must cultivate humility, fearlessness and develop a sense of sacrifice and renunciation. Also we should eradicate ego, lust, anger, breed, envy and jealousy and practice selflessness, generosity and tolerance and thus make ourselves better persons."

Human Qualities and Divinity

1. You can be called a human being only when you have human qualities in you. You may read any number of books, but is you lack human qualities, you cannot be called a human being. Those who imbibe and practice good human values are true human beings. One may be a great emperor possessing enormous wealth and power; but wealth and power cannot protect any one. Even if man acquires all worldly possessions, they cannot give him true happiness. True happiness can be derived from inner qualities and not from outer acquisitions.

2. There should be unity of thought, word and deed. We should speak what we think and do what we say. When we observe the unity of thought, word and deed, we will become embodiments of Divinity. This is true humanness. People today have the mistaken notion that amassing a lot of wealth and filling their banks is a great human quality. They think that their education is meant only for this; this is not the goal of education. The five human values of Truth, Duty, Peace, Love and Non-violence are man's real wealth.

3. All human qualities are within us; they are not outside. what is the meaning of educare ? It is to bring out the qualities that are within us. Therefore, we should manifest our innate human qualities. That is true educare. Mere reading of books connotes education but not educare. Through educare, all will become one irrespective of caste, creed or religion.

4. Every human being should have love and compassion for poor people. Only those who develop the quality of sacrifice experience divine bliss. Selfish people who harbour feelings of "I" and 'MINE" can never experience happiness. The feeling of "I" is the cause of ego in man. Similarly, the feeling of "MINE" and "MY PEOPLE" cause attachment. Such feelings make a man proud and egoistic. Do not develop narrow feeling; this will result in sufferings. What is the cause of such feelings in man? The cause of such feelings is their worldly and materialistic education. Materialistic education make a man self-centred; it does not broaden his outlook to think about the welfare of others.

5. People today try to expoit others for their own selfish ends. Nobody is making efforts with sacred feelings to help others. In fact, a true human being is supposed to help others. Only those who are endowed with the five values of Truth, Duty, Peace, Love and Non-violence are human being in the real sense of the term. We should also develop compassion which is not to be seen anywhere now-a-days; what we see today is only "come-fashion". These will lead to divinity in man.

GOD AND MAN

1. God is without any attributes; He has no birth or death, although He incarnates on earth in human form. Therefore, man is nothing but divine.

2. Every one should have faith in God. But people sometimes worship God and then start hating Him because they lack firm faith. Such people cannot be called human beings in the true sense of the term. Man can attain peace of mind only when he has firm faith and sense of total surrender.

3. Creation emerges from truth and merges into truth. Is there a place in the cosmos where truth does not exist? Visualize this pure and unsullied truth.

4. Seek chances of helping others. Never lose an opportunity of using your skills and enthusiasm for the alleviation of sorrow, pain or distress. Again do not omit or neglect or postpone your own particular duty. Above all have faith that God is with you all times and at all places.

5. The same God is present in all things. You may worship different names and forms of God, but you should develop the faith that God is only one. Offer your salutations to everyone you meet. Even when you come across a beggar, offer your salutations to him. His physical body may appear to be that of a beggar but in respect of the soul, he is bigger. Therefore, offer your obeisance to all because the same soul is present in al. Never consider any body your enemy; never hate anyone.

6. Jewels are many, but gold is one.
Faiths are many, but goal is one.
Cows are many, but milk is one.

7. There is no discipline equal to service to smother the ego and to fill the heart with genuine joy. To condemn service as demeaning and inferior is to forego these benefits. If a wave of service sweeps over the land, catching everyone in its enthusiasm, it will be able to wipe off the mounds of hatred, malice and greed that infest the world.

8. When rivers go and merge in the ocean, they acquire the depth and glory of the unfathomable ocean. In a similar manner, when all other forms of education merge with spiritual education, they acquire the form and grandeur of the spiritual education. It is only when your education is combined with penance that there is a possibility of the blossoming of your heart and the enabling of your ideas. Penance does not mean that you should give up everything and go the forest and stand there with your head on the ground. Penance is that with the help of which you can make your thought, word and deed harmonize with each other.

HUMAN VALUES

1. Lead your life, chanting within you constantly the name of God who is the embodiment of peace and love. When all individuals develop peace in them, then the entire country will become good and peaceful. Those who aspire for the welfare of the country should live always in love.

2. There is love in every one of us. But we do not make proper use of it. Rather, we put our love to mis-use. How far can a person go if he walks on his head instead of his feet? God has given us feet for walking. Similarly, God has given us tongue to speak the truth. Speaking untruth is like walking on our head. God has given us head to make proper use of it and think: “What is good and what is bad? What is truth and what is untruth?” While saying or doing anything, first we should think what is we are saying is true or untrue and what we are doing is right or wrong. After due consideration, we should only take the path of truth.

3. Truth is eternal. It does not undergo any change in the three periods of time – past, present and future. There is not Dharma greater than adherence to truth. Dharma originates from truth only. Where there is no truth, Dharma does not abide there. When we have Truth and Dharma, peace will descend upon us and we will attain supreme peace.

4. The highest step in various modes of worship of God is self-surrender. Surrender does not mean offering our body to God. Real surrender is the chanting of the Divine Name and making it the basis of our life. God has given us hands to serve mankind. Similarly, God has given us tongue to chant the Name of God and He has given us feet to serve mankind. God can not be attained by money. It is God who has given us all our money. Hence, we should utilise money on our worldly and spiritual pursuits. Also use it to help poor people.

5. We can attain God by chanting His Divine Name. Make any Name of God as the basis of our life and then we can achieve everything. Name is eternal but form is ephemeral; the form has old age and death. Therefore, it is the Name that is important. Therefore, chant the name of God constantly. Other spiritual practices such as charity, yajna, worship are of little use if we do not chant the Divine Name.

6. Everything happens according to the feelings of your heart. Good and bad feelings are the main cause of our good fortune or misfortune. To become fortunate, we should cultivate good qualities which build our character. When we cultivate good qualities, we develop good tendencies. Only such a virtuous person can undertake good deeds. By associating with bad company, a person becomes bad and by keeping company with good people, he acquires virtues. Therefore, we should have good company and good things around us.

7. Let us think for a while:

(a) Who provides food to sustain the tadpole in the crevices of a rock?

(b) Who waters the growing plant on the top of a cliff? Who provides water and manure to trees that grow on stones in mountainous regions?

(c) Who has painted the several colours on the plumes of a peacock and who has made the parrot look so attractive with its multi-hued feathers?

8. God is our sole refuge wherever we may be, in a forest, in the sky, in a city or in a village or on the top of a mountain or in the middle of deep sea. Every thing happens by the Will of God. We should develop such firm faith. All are embodiments of God; we should know this and make efforts to attain God.

9. When we sow a Karma, we reap a tendency. When we sow a tendency, we reap character. When we sow character, we reap destiny. Therefore, destiny depends upon character, character depends upon tendency, tendency depends upon action and action depends upon thoughts. Hence, good thoughts are the fundamental basis of our good fortune.

10. Once Sai Baba told a devotee “Oh devotee! I am always with you and I am always present at your back.” After walking some distance, the devotee turned back and saw but did not find Sai Baba there. Then he thought that Baba had told him a lie. “He told me that He will be behind my back, but He is not to be seen”. He went back to Baba and said “You promised that you would be at my back, but when I looked behind me, I did not find you”. Baba replied, “Oh devotee! When you looked behind your back, you turned your back also. Hence, I also turned to be at your back”. The words of God are mysterious, wonderful and have a deeper meaning. Not all can understand God. Follow His command, it our duty.

HUMAN VIRTUES

1. Man should primarily develop truth and love. Then he will not resort to violence. Whatever spiritual practices like penance, yajna, yoga you may undertake, suffuse all of them with love.
2. Parents should occupy a place of prime importance in your life. Howsoever old they may be and howsoever difficult may be your condition, you should try to make your parents happy as far as it is possible for you. YOu should feed them if you have to resort to begging. Bear all hardships to look after them. Fulfil all their desires. This will result in the fulfillment of your own desires. Everything in this world is reaction, reflection and resound. None can escape from these. If you cause hardship to your parents today, your children will do the same to you tomorrow. You will get back the result of your actions without much delay. You may love anyone you like, but do not forget you parents.
3. Gambling is not good at all. Similarly, drinking of liquor is also not good. Addiction to drinking leads to loss of control over oneself. Under the influence of liquor, one may speak anything. One will have to repent when one comes back to one's normal state. Likewise, lust and anger are demonic qualities. Never allow them to come near you. If a fit of anger, you may speak anything without considering its consequences. But after a few minutes, when you come back to normal state, you will feel sorry, therefore first and foremost kill the anger.
4. Love everyone. If you cannot love others, just keep quiet. But do not abuse them. In fact, no body has any right to criticise others. It is the same love that is present in everyone. Can love criticise love? No, love never criticises. It always gives the experience of love to everyone. Even birds and animas love their offspring. Should man not love his fellow human beings ? When he is endowed with so many good qualities, man should love his fellowmen. Only then can he become receipient of God's love.
5. Develop truth and love. When you have both truth and love, then you can have peace. When you have peace, you can lead you entire life happily. You will not have hatred for anyone. You have hatred only when you lack love and truth. You should unite love and truth in your life. When you have love, you will love everybody, you will make everybody happy. Therefore, treasure love and truth in your heart and never forget them; not even in your dream.
6. MONEY COMES AND GOES; MORALITY COMES AND GROWS. Develop morality. Where there is no morality, there can be no humanness. Respect your elders, show gratidue to your parents. Whatever anybody says about you, let him say. Think that he is not criticising you but himself. Whatever he may speak, it will go into thin air. What is the use of reacting to that spech which goes into thin air. Only love reaches the heart. You can experience love only when your thoughts are truthful; your thoughts should be permeated with truth. Hence, lead your life with love and end your life with love. Whatever you do to others, in fact, you do to yourself. Be it good or bad, help or harm, everything is the result of your own thoughts.

DIVINITY AND LOVE FOR GOD

1. In every action in daily life, manifest your love. Divinity will emerge from that love. This is the easiest path to God realisation. But, why are people not taking it ? This is because they are obsessed with misconceptions relating to the means of experiencing God. they regard God as some remote entity attainable only by ardous spiritual practices. God is everywhere. There is no need to search for God. All that we see are the manifestation of the Divine. All the human beings we see are the forms of the Divine. Correct your defective vision and you will experience God in all things.
2. When you attain the proximity of God and become recipient of HIS love, you become GOD yourself. This is true research. Hence, you need not undertake any other practice to attain divinity. You should develop only the feelings of love in you. This will transform you into a divine being.
3. You should have faith that everything you see in this world is an aspect of divinity. There is nothing else other than this. Only ONE exists in this world and there is no second. We are unable to understand this truth and suffer due to many misconceptions. We are prepared to believe what others write in their books, but no one is prepared to have faith in his own self. People have all types of confidence except self-confidence. If only we have self-confidence, we can achieve everything; there is nothing in this world that we can not accomplish.
4. We must always have good thoughts. Then only can mind have equanimity. It is just a question of the discipline of the mind, difficult in the beginning, but, once mastered, capable of conquering all troubles and worries. An unruffled mind is very necessary for every asprirant who is marching forward; it is one of his beneficial qualities. Such a mind gives real strength and happiness. Strive to gain it, though you may fail even in seven attempts. You are sure to succeed in the eighth, if you refuse to be despirited.
5. It is essential to keep our body sacred. In order to keep it sacred, we should chant the Divine Name. We should perform meditation to make our mind sacred. Do chanting with meditation and meditation with chanting the divine name. Love should be undercurrent of both chanting and meditation. We hold a cymbal in one hand and another in the other hand. Sound is produced only when both are brought together. In the same way, chating and meditation when in unison, we can enter into the state of "non-dual state of Supreme Conciousness" which is our true state.

All the money, property and bank balance that you have was neither with you at the time of your birth and nor would it go with you after your death. 2. Man is born not to weep and cry. He should lead a happy life and also leave the world happily. why should people worry for worldly possessions which are temporary and ephermereal. Consider everything as God's gift. There can be no society without individual. Therefore, individual is most important. Everything is the gift of God. All worldly things are temporary and impermanent. All these are like passing clouds which come and go. Sometimes thick clouds cover the sun or the moon and you can not see them. There is no need for any worry. If you wait for some time, the cloulds would move away and the sun or the moon will become visible again. What is required is a little patience and forbearance.

3. Man is endowed with great power and three is none in the entire creation who has as much power as man possesses. That is why God also incarnates in human for, There is none greater than God. Therefore to forget God is nothing less than a sacrilege. In fact, we should remember Him every moment of our life. Whatever task you many be engaged in, you should not forget God at any time. That is true humanness. God always gives man bliss and happiness. But due to our delusion, we consider even happiness as sorrow and undergo many types of sufferings.

4. True humanness lies in renouncing the fruits of our actions. It is the expectation of fruits that brings suffering to man. Prior to marriage, man is alone and he walks straight on his two legs. After the marriage, he gets two more legs. When a child is born he virtually becomes a six legged creature. As his legs increase, his sorrows also go on increasing. When you lead your life with positive feelings, there can no scope for sorrow.

5. Never hurt the feelings of your parents who have given you birth and brought you up. But children today do not take care of their parents. They forget their mother who carried them in her womb for nine months, gave birth to them, nursed them, nurtured them , bearing all hardships. You may love your wife but you should treat your parents with humility and respect. Parents should be given foremost importance. Your life will be happy only when you make your parents happy.

6. Why do you pray to God? You pray for peace, happiness, love and bliss. Truly speaking, peace is within you. It is useless to search it outside. Simlarly, truth and love are within you. If you have love, you can attain everything. If you understand the true meaning of love and make proper use of it, you will make great progress in life. Except love, nothing can protect us. Therefore, all of you should understand the principle of love.

GOD IS ONE

1. There is no diversity in this world, there is only oneness. One God appears in many form. Love is God and God is love. The differences, conflicts and quarrels that are prevalent in the world today are mainly due to lack of love in the heart of human being. Many talk in several ways that the world is full of sorrows, miseries and difficulties. In fact nothing of this sort exists this is only a delusion. When there is peace in our heart, we will see peace everywhere. On the contrary, if we have no peace in our heart, then we will find restlessness everywhere. All the restlessness, sorrows and anxieties are our own reaction, reflection and sound. These are all our own making; they do not have any real existence.

2. In only you have faith in God, you can achieve anything. Those who worship God with faith are benefited in every way. Some people develop faith only when their desires are fulfilled. But when their desires are not fulfilled, they lose faith. You should have firm faith whether your desires are fulfilled or not. You should keep your faith safe and secure. If you firmly hold on to the Lord, you can progress to any extent. With faith, even a blind man can see and a dumb man can speak !

3. Everything in the universe happens by the Will of God. Therefore, it is the duty of every person to know the Will of God. Those who have faith in the Will of God are protected; those who lack faith ruin their lives. Man can attain everything with faith and love. Where there is faith there is love.

4. God is manifest in the breath of man. When you breathe, where does the breath come from? It comes from whithin man; the breath itself is God. God is present in man in the form of love; hence man should treasure the love in his heart safely. Only love is permanent and eternal; other thoughts come and go like passing clouds. Perform every task with love. Even if you come across your enemy greet him with love.

5. Every man is prone to commit mistakes either wittingly or unwittingly. But, one mistake he should not commit in any circumstance is to forget what he owes to his mother. Love of a mother can redeem a man’s life, whatever his other lapses may be. The greatest gift of the parents is the body, with all its powers. Although the Lord rules over all lives. It is the parents who have endowed the body to the child. Clay and water are the gifts of nature. But, it is the potter who makes the pot out of them. Hence, gratitude to the parents is a primary obligation.

6. Good and bad coexist. It is not possible for anyone to separate them. When you cultivate more of goodness, the bad in you will become absolutely insignificant. There is no need to use any force to drive away all that is bad. When you forget bad, goodness will develop in you in full measure. The fruits that you earn will be based on your qualities and actions. All that you think will be reflected back to you. Everything is the result of your thoughts

7. One should be prepared to serve others than choose to be served by them. Moreover, there is nothing meritorious in serving those who are high above us. For one thing, they can command the services of attendants. Rendering service to those who are in the same position as ourselves is not also commendable. Service should be rendered to those who are worse off than ourselves and who are neglected by the world.

MAN AND DIVINITY

1. There are billions of people in the world. Crores of people are born in Indian alone. But the same divinity is present in all. There may be any number of people in the world but the divinity present in them is one and the same. God is the only truth, you may call by any name; but God is only one. Various names are given to the bodies; they are not the real names. Therefore, consider God as one and treasure the truth in your heart. Truth is God and propogate the truth.

2. There is no charity greater than feeding the hungry,
There are no greater Gods than parents,
There is no greater duty than compassion,
There is no greater gain than the company of the good.
There is no enemy greater than anger,
There is no wealth greater than good reputation,
Bad reputation is death itself,
There is no ornament better than the chanting of God's name.

3. Follow the call of the Divine arising from the hearts of all living beings. Serve them in an attitude of worship, not expecting something in return. Do not accept even gratitude, having dedicated all your acts to the indwelling God. This will purify you so that you shall be able to listen to the Soham (I) that your breath repeats every moment. Soham transmutes itself into Om when the distinction between He and I has dissolved itself in the process of Samdhi (demise).

Develop Love and Truth

1. You can attain anything if only you have love. There is no wealth greater than love. Hence, develop love. You do not need to ask anybody for anything; love will supply everything and you will lack nothing. Develop love through right means. Do not follow the wrong path. Do not resort to falsehood or injustice. Do not give up forbearance because forbearance is most important.

2. Your work and conduct should set a shining example for others. The ideals set by you will be the source of sustenance for the entire world. Develop the power of discrimination to know what is true and what is false. Follow that which is true and eternal.

3. Do not depend on anybody; depend only on your Power of Self. Develop self-confidence. Once you have self-confidence, you will attain everything. True faith will take root in your heart when you develop self-confidence. Then only you will attian true power. This will strengthen love is you. Love is God. It is love which bestows all types of powers on you. Faith strengthens love. Without faith, one can not have love. Any task, be it small or big, can be performed only through love. Your faith is the basis of your love.

4. One who lacks purity can not attain divinity. For divinity, purity is essential. All your desires and aspirations will be fulfilled if you have purity and divinity. Purity of mind results in the fruition of knowledge. Purity of mind is therefore necessary. Keep your mind in a state of purity always. First and foremost, bring love in your heart to fruition. When your heart is saturated with love, then others will also be suffused with love. We shuld not hate or hurt anybody.

5. Every living being in this world, be it an animal, bird or even a small insect, has emerged from truth. Truth is present everywhere. It can manifest in you also when you think of it and contemplate on it. Therefore, you should always contemplate on truth. GOD is present in every particle, every atom in the universe. There is no place where God is not present.

6. All the people in the world are merely Zeros, only God is the hero. God is like the digit one, because of which all zeroes get value. Any number of zeros added to 1 will get value. When you take out 1, then all are reduced to zeros.

DIVINITY AND MAN

1. God is all-powerful; God is everywhere; God is all-knowing. To adore sucha a formidable limitless principle, man spends a few minutes out of 24 hours and uses a minute idol or image or picture ! Adore Him so long as you have breath and so long as you are conscious. Have no other thought than that of God. Have no other aim than knowing His command, no other activity than translating that command into action. That is what is meant by surrender. Surrender yourself unto Him.

2. Mere acquisition of knowledge is not enough. Your knowledge may be as vast as an ocean, your common sense may be as great as the mighty Himalayas, but if you do not have discrimination, then everying is useless. Before you undertake any task, always enquire, "Is this good or bad, is this right or wrong ?" You will come up in life if you develop this quality in you. This itself is self-realisation.

3. Your discrimination is like a signal. Never ignore this signal. When you inner self tells you that something is right, you should follow it scrupulously, irrespective of what other say. Let people talk whatever they want, but we should remain steady in our mind.

4. Many people are worried about thie future. Do not brood about the past; do not worry about the future. Past is past; forget the past; do not think about it. Present is important. It is not ordinary present, it is omnipresent. Make proper use of the present, then future will definitely bring happiness and contentment.

5. One can achieve anything in life with the help of God's Grace. When you face all the test of God with total faith and do your duty; you are sure to succeed. It is not possible to describe the happiness of devotees who have unflinching faith in God. If you have such strong faith in God, He will take care of you wherever you are.

6. MONEY COMES AND GOES, MORALITY COMES AND GROWS. Develop morality. All are one, be alike to everyone. All should work with unity. Whatever you may do will be a mere waste, if you forget God. Keep God as your highest goal. God is not present in a far off land. He is present everywhere. People may say anthing, you may face any number of difficulties, but you should never forget God. Only when you have such pure, steady and unwavering devotion can you be called a devotee.

7. Your devotion should be full and total like an ocean which ever full and does not diminish at all. One the one hand, its water keep evaporating and on the other, rivers keep pouring water into it with the result that it always maintains its fullness. Make your heart like an ocean. Do not allow it to be disturbed by the waves of your desires. Any number of waves may arise, but the ocean keeps its pristine state. Hence, keep your heart always pure, steady and selfless.

YOUTH AND DIVINITY

God does not have any seperate form. God manifests from the truth within you. You undertake many spiritual practices; inspite of all practices you are unable to experience truth. You should understand that truth is your goal.

4. Today man is engaged in the pursuite of knowledge. Knowledge is as vast as ocean. Similarly, man makes efforts to develop common sense. His common sense touches the height of Himalayan mountain. Inspite of all his knowledge and common sense, man's discrimination power is zero. What is good and what is bad ? What should be done and what should not be done ? The value of humanness depends only discrimination power.

5. It is the duty of man to speak truth and lead his life with love, adhering to the canons of Dharma (Religion). A man without truth, righteousness, peace, kindness and love is like a living corpse. Man should consider these values as his very life principle. Never tell a lie even jokingly. Never make fun of anybod. Criticising others is a great sin. There is no greater sin than criticising others. Therefore, we should not criticise anybody whosoever hay may be.
Love All. Love is God. God is Love. Love is Life.

6. For a human being, his Karma (Duty) is verily his God. God is not somewhere distant from him. He is very much present in his actions in suble form form. From microcosm to macrocosm, God is present everywhere in the form of Karma. Every human being keeps performing actions everyday. However, he should perform all actions to please God. If we perform actions with these feelings, then our actions will not bind us. God is present in every living being; be it a snake, scorpion or man. The actions of every being should be appropriate to the form it is endowed with.

HUMANITY AND LOVE

Curtail your wants, minimise your expense, Discard every habit that weakens you while impoverishing you. When you seek to acquire anything or join any company, try to discover how they will affect your life. Regard money as precious as blood, as holy as the gift of God. Earn it by truth and righteousness. Use it for promoting peace and love.

3. When you respect an individual, he will respect you in turn. But when you respect and love everyone, God Himself will respect you and love you. If you want to be respected and loved by god, you should respect and love everyone.

4. We must rise to the level which is beyond the senses. Only then can we lead a sacred life. Today youth are below the senses and are becoming a slave of their senses. One must become a Master of the Senses, not merely the Master of Science. Senses are our servants. We should not become a slave of our servants.

5. When you keep a watch on your words, actions, thoughts, character and heart, then this becomes your real watch, not the one you tie on your wrist. The wrist watch may wear out, but not the ideals indicated by the word 'watch'. They will always bring purity of thought, word and deed. How great is this word. Such noble words must be ingested and internalised. In this way, our ancient forefathers taught sacred truths and made the people ideal and noble.

6. Students today are pursuing only worldly education. Mere secular education is not good enought, it must be supplemented with spiritual education. One must develop the principle of love and must follow the path of truth. True education is that which is suffused with truth and love. Without truth and love, education is ineffective and devoid of value. Secular education is for making a living, whereas spiritual education is for attaining the the goal of life. A harmonious blend of secular and spiritual education is ideally suited to the present day world.

4. Make your life as a human being worthwhile. True humanness is attained only by developing love. Consider love as your main life principle. Then the evil qualities of desire, hatred, jealousy can not even touch you. Money comes and goes whereas morality comes and grows; therefore promote morality.

5. There is no God higher than the Mother. The mother has the position of foremost importance in one's life. One should therefore never forget one's mother. One who forgets his mother has to face difficulties. Women should be loved and respected. There should be shown proper gratitude. Only then can man and woman attain a high status in society.

6. Every human being lives by love alone. One who has no love in him is not a human being at all. The love that exists between God and man is like that between father and son. Every one has love for God. When man recognises the truth of his divine nature, there will be no differences in human society. We should therefore recognise the divity that is immanent in one and all. This will bring an end to all differences between man and man.

1. There is no need for man to seach for GOD anywhere. God is present is each and every human being. Lord Krishna says in Bhagwad Gita "All are an aspect of my Divinity". Where then would you search for God when HE is in you and with you. Whatever work you do, consider it the work of God.

2. God has blessed man with body, mind and intellect. Human beings are endowed with a healthy body, strong mind and shart intellect capable of deep thinking; but they are misusing them. Instead of thinking of God and making proper use of their limbs, they are misusing their senses. Try to see all that is good. Hearing the criticism of others and seeing all that is evil is a sin. Try to listen to good words with our ears. Man has given us tongue to sing the glories of God. Chant the name of God. Let others also hear it and redeem their life.

3. Be courteous to poor and help them. Provide help and means of treatment to those who suffer from some ailment. Extend a helping hand to those who are weak and are unable to walk. When we teach others the value of Service after putting into practice in our life it will create awareness in others.

4. God is the embodiment of love. He protects the mankind by HIS love. Draw everybody close to you with love, then you will attain proximity to God. When you look at others with love God will also look at you with love. When you treat others with love they will also show love towards you. Some show great love for outsiders but do now show the same love towards their mother and father in the house. First and foremost love your parents and then other people.

5. Do not allow anger to overpower you. Charity and kindness are an important part of righteousness. Remember:

2. Where there are truth and righteousness, there will be peace. When we have peace, love will flow within us. Then there will be no room for violence in us. Man should put is his best efforts to develop his innate human qualities. Truth is eternal and indestructible. It is neither born nor does it die. When you adhere to truth, you will lead the right path.

3. What you feel in your heart, you should speak with your tongue. When you speak with your tongue, you should put into action. Man should broaden his heart. First and foremost, develop truth in your heart and establish it firmly. When you plant truth in your heart, offshoots of Dharma will issue from it. With the growth of Dharma, you will attain peace. When you have peace. your love will become broad and universal. Then the difference of mine and thine will disappear and love will reign supreme everywhere. As a result, violence will disappear from the face of the earth.

To be born is a worry, to be on the earth is a worry; world is a cause of worry and death too; entire childhood is a worry and so is the old age; life is a worry, failure is a worry; all actions and difficulties cause worry; even happiness too is a mysterious worry. Devotion to God alone will put an end to all your worries. Develop such devotion and love in God.

5. Develop love for God to get rid of your worries. This is the divine cure for all your worries. Chanting the name of God can bring all types of worries to an end.

1. Truth has no form, whatever we see is the truth. Truth is the manifestation of Brahman. Truth is one but not two. But one has to make an effort to realise the truth. Truth assumes infinite forms. Similarly, Brahman assumes infinite number of forms. Yet, Brahman is one only, that is why it is said "Brahma sathyam Jagan mithya" (Brahman alone is real, the world is a mistaken perception). Everything else is the reflection of Brahman, nothing else.

2. Truth is one, yet it is called by different names and assumes many different forms. Everything in this universe is born out of truth. Dharma (righteousness) has emerged out of Sathya. Sathyannasti Paro Dharma (There is no Dharma greater than adherence to truth). When truth and righteousness unite, peace is the result. From peace comes love. This love envelopes one and all. There is no place in this world where love is not present. Similarly, there is no place in this world where truth is not present.

3. Try to protect the poor, provide succour to them by giving them food, shelter, water and make them happy. Help ever, Hurt never.

3. Everything is contained in the purity of mind. This is a bouquet of flowers. Though the bouquet is one, there are many flowers in it. Similarly, the world is one, though it appears to be a conglomeration of many individuals. All should be one like a bouquet of flowers.

4. Love is one. It is the same in everyone. However, it assumes many forms depending upon the destiny, mind and position of each individual. A small child is called a baby, when she grows up she is called a girl. After her marriage, she is referred to as a daughter-in-law. When she has children, she is called a mother. After the passage of a number of years, she becomes a grand-mother and later a great grand-mother and so on. But the person referred to by all these names is only one. In the same way, all are one in this world. Jesus taught "All are one; be alike to everyone".

1. Man can liberate himself only by knowing himself. He may master the universe but what can he claim to have known when he has not mastered himself. When he has no awareness of himself, he has no knowledge of the Knower.

2. God is the indweller of all human beings. Every human being, nay every living being is an aspect of the Divine. There is only one religion, the religion of love. One who observes differences based on religion is no human being at all. There is so much to learn even from birds and animals and in fact all creatures of the world. Religion means love.

3. Our conduct is our witness in every matter. You may live anywhere and go to any country. But you should always have good character. Love and respect everyone. Never hate anybody. Earn a good name. It is not our educational qualifications that confer greatness on us.

4. Alongwith education we should cultivate humility and obedience. Have no ego, pomp and pride. Keep your faith in GOD strong and steady. God in immanent in everyone. Names and forms may be different, but God is only one. He is present in all of us. Develop this strong conviction. Never observe the difference of high and low; all are one. 1. Today wherever we see in the world, people are crazy for money. What can money do for you? Can it wipe the tears of sorrow? No not at all; money is only for name's sake. It can not bring real happiness. We can attain happiness only through right conduct, sacrifice and love.

2. Man today is beset with so many worries. You cannot carry on your life if you are bogged down by worries. To be born is a worry, to be on the earth is a worry, world is a cause of worry; entire childhood is a worry and so is old age; life is a worry, failure is a worry, all actions and difficulties cause worry, even happiness too is a mysterious worry. Devotion to God alone will put an end to all your worries. Develop such devotion and love in God and all your worries will be gone.

Though Gunas (attributes) emanate from the Lord, He is unaffected; smoke rises from the fire but fire is unaffected; clouds form in the sky and move about in the sky, but the sky is unaffected by them. All are attached to the Lord like beads but He is free, unattached. The universe is based on Him but He has no need for the universe as base.

4. Never give scope to worry; lead a life full of happiness. Love for God is the panacea for all your worries. Inculcate good qualities so that you can attain progress in life and have a bright future. If you sow the seeds of truth, righteousness, peace, love and non-violence, then the entire world will be on the right path.

1. Students, fullfill the aspirations of your parents. Your parents educate you with great expectations. If you act against their will, they will be disappointed. 2. Your life is a gift of your parents, hence you should love your parents whole-heartedly under all circumstances. Your mother is your first God, your father is the second. It is they who protect you and take care of you constantly. Of what use are your achievements in life if you forget your father and mother.

3. Good people will always encounter opposition from bad people. Stones are hurled only at fruit-laden trees. Similarly, good people have to face the problems created by evil-minded people; but no harm can every come to them.

4. Today there is unrest and agitation in the world; this is the state of affairs in all areas of human behaviour - social, moral, ethical and even spiritual. Man seems to have lost his humanness. From a millionairre to a pauper, everyone is behaving like a beggar. The pauper is begging for alms; the millionairre is also begging and craving for more and more money. Who is big and who is small in this profession of begging. It is the beggar because he begs because of necessity.

5. The physical, mental and intellectual power of youth is matchless. If they take a firm resolve, they can achive anything. Hence, they should utilise all their powers for the benefit of the society.

6. Our tongue is most sacred, it is the gift of God for the purpose of speaking sweet words. Hence, never use bad words and the tongue should be used in a sacred manner. Do not indulge in useless talk. If you think twice before speaking anything, you will speak four times less and will not hurt any person.

1. God has created man so that he might wield the talent of manliness and achieve victory. His purpose is not to make man a consumer of food, a burden upon earth, an animal that is slave to its senses. He does not aim at creating a horde of idlers and loungers, who shy at hard work, and accumulating fat, grow into monstrous shapes.

2. One should never give up his duties (Karma). At the same time one should desist from aspiring for the fruits of Karma. You have right only over your actions, not on its result. Good actions will yield good results. Our actions are responsible for all our sorrows adn difficulties.

3. Children today give up good old traditions forgetting the path given by our ancestors due to the effect of modern educations. They are therefore exposed to various kinds of unrest and mental agitation. They not only suffer from restlessness but also lack of contentment and satisfaction inlife, with the result that they are becoming mentally and physically sick.

4. Therefore always have good thoughts. A person who eats good food, drinks clean water and breathes unpolluted air will remain healthy. All that we consume must always be pure. We should take daily bath, eat good food and have sound sleep. We can then lead a happy, healthy and peaceful sleep.

5. Never think that someone is putting you to trouble. You should not blame others for your difficulties and problems as our actions are responsible for our state of mind. Develop strong faith in GOD; always feel He is with me and will protect me. The sorrows and difficulties are like passing clouds. Clouds cannot over-shadow the sun for ever; they are not permanent; they come and go.

6. When your mind is disturbed and wavering, you will experience sorrows and difficulties. When your mind is clear, firm and steady with complete faith in God, worries can not disturb you.

1. There are many forms and branches of knowledge and there are many educated persons in the world. But education without intelligence is of little use. What is the meaning of Vidya (Education) ? Vidya does not mean bookish knowledge; it implies knowledge that come from the heart. It is eternal and changeless. Vidya connotes the knowledge of self; it is not mere secular education. Atma Vidya (Knowledge of the Self) is true knowledge.

2. In life you should face difficulties with courage reposing faith in God. If you constantly contemplate of God, no other thoughts will trouble you. Sorrows and difficulties will not effect you. You should always be happy. Happiness is union with God. You may have some physical pain or suffering or mental anxiety; but if you are firmly established in the Atma Tattwa (Principle of the Self) you will not be bothered by them.

3. Our karmas (actions) are responsible for the happiness and sorrow we experience in life. When we perform good actions, we get good results. Bad actions have bad results. Therefore, cultivate good thoughts and undertake good actions.

4. Be good, do good and see good, this is the way to God.
